The optimal and stable professional corner post for the MAX and MORITZ double wire mesh panels. The corner post type QAE features a continuous cover strip that hides the joint between the fence panels. In addition, the robust corner post dampens noise, as the spacers prevent direct contact between the mesh panel and the corner post.
Choose between hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated in the RAL colors moss green and anthracite. Special colors or effect coatings are also available on request.
Processing Instructions:
The corner post type QAE, made of square tube (60/60/2 mm), features a fastening element every 200 mm. The cover strip made of flat steel (60/4 mm) includes an elongated hole every 200 mm, together with the corresponding stainless-steel V2A fence screws.
The lower fence clamp has a shorter distance so that it sits in the lower section of the mesh panel. This also serves as an anti-lift security feature.
The corner post type QAE in professional quality provides the highest corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing in a bath according to EN ISO 1461, and for RAL colors through additional powder coating. The powder-coated corner posts are Sendzimir-galvanized. The added plastic coating further increases corrosion protection for many years.
Depending on the desired panel height, the corner post is available from 1100 mm to 3000 mm total height including ground embedment. The corner posts are drilled, riveted, and delivered pre-assembled with fence clamps, and include a plastic cap.
