Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users interact with the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be truncated beforehand by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states under the Agreement of the European Economic Area (EEA). Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the Browser Plugin available at the following link. In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in a shortened form in order to exclude direct personal references. Especially for browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to prevent anonymised collection by Google Analytics on this website for your browser in the future using the so-called "opt-out cookies".

Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords Conversion Tracking, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google AdWords Conversion Tracking also uses "cookies", which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate the data with any other data held by Google. You can generally prevent the use of cookies if you prohibit the storage of cookies in your browser.

Facebook Like Button

So-called social plugins ("plugins") from social networks are used on our website. In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated into the page by means of a so-called "2-click solution". This integration ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with the servers of the respective social network. Only when you activate the plugins does your browser establish a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network.

The content of the respective plugin is then transmitted directly to your browser by the corresponding provider and integrated into the page. By integrating the plugins, the providers receive the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile with the corresponding provider or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the respective provider (possibly in the USA) and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the providers and stored there. The information is also published on the social network and displayed there to your contacts. This is done to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Please refer to the data protection information of the providers for the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers as well as a contact option and your rights and setting options in this regard to protect your privacy: Facebook Data Policy.

Use of own "cookies"

In order to make the visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimised presentation of our offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). You can find out how long they are stored in the overview in the cookie settings of your web browser. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browsers under the following links:

Microsoft Edge™: Block or allow cookies
